Custom Furniture World offers a hassle-free, no restocking fee policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the cost of your purchase or allow an exchange. However, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping to us and the cost of the outbound shipping to you. Therefore, the "Free Shipping" if offered in this sale, will only apply if you keep the item you purchased. Custom orders (meaning anything that was made upon order and ordered in a custom color that was not in stock) will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as inbound and outbound shipping charges. Clearance items are not eligible for returns. Every return must be accompanied with a RMA number. Please contact sales@customfurnitureworld.com to receive this number and we will arrange the return shipping for you. Occasionally items are on back order or discontinued by manufacturers without prior notice to us. If this is the case with your purchase, we will contact you immediately and give you the option to wait or refund your purchase.

Returns (except special and custom orders) may be accepted within 5 days from the date of receipt. Do not ship items back to us without getting an authorization number. Products must be in their original packaging and in excellent condition. Once return items are received, they will be inspected by the manufacturer and they will then notify our customer service department of the condition of the item. The return will then be processed. It may take 7 to 14 days for the return to show in your account.

Once you have finalized your order, press the checkout button and you will see a summary of your order. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We will then send you a confirmation email that your order is in stock and the order has been placed. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you of the lead time.

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

FACTORY LEAD TIMES
Depending on the manufacturer, special and custom orders all have different lead times. If the item is not in stock, please call or email and we can notify you of the expected lead time.

SHIPPING
We ship within the 48 contiguous states. Some of our items are eligible for Free Shipping. Some of our pieces may require special handling and need to be shipped with care, we will require using a white glove delivery service. Typical delivery times are 7 to 24 days if the items are in stock and depending on the method of delivery.

DELIVERY
Please inspect all known factors before delivery including ceiling heights, elevator delivery, corridors, doorways, turning radius, etc. It is the customer’s responsibility that the merchandise can be delivered to its final destination. Redelivery charges also may be incurred if the customer is not home at the time of delivery. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

FREIGHT DAMAGE
All furniture is inspected before delivery but occasionally items are damaged in shipping. In this case, the carrier is the liable party. Please inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery and before the driver leaves. If you suspect damage, then open the box and inspect the items. Have the driver make notations on the freight bill (bill of lading) the number of damaged pieces and a description of the damages. If you believe the damage is not repairable, then please refuse the item so it can be processed for a claim. If the damage is repairable, please contact customer service and we will make all attempts at repairing the damage or issuing a credit. If the items can be repaired or replaced, Custom Furniture World has the right to replace the damaged item. Please take photographs of the damaged items and boxes. Then please contact customer service immediately. All damage claims must be received within 3 days of delivery. No damage claims will be accepted after the third day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel an order, than please contact us at 1-800-991-7058 as soon as possible. If an order is not cancelled in writing within 2 days from the time the order is placed, all return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Special orders may be cancelled up to 5 days after placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed with the factory.

SHIPPING
Deposits for custom items are forfeited if items are refused or remaining balances unpaid if unless orders are cancelled within 5 days of purchase. Customer is to inspect all items before signing off on delivery. Once delivery is approved by customer, Custom Furniture World is not liable for any items accepted on delivery. Any items that are found to have damage upon arrival should be inspected to see if the repairs are minor and can be fixed. Please take pictures of any and all damage so it can be reported to Custom Furniture World. If there is damage that has occured in shipping, please make a not on the bill of lading and refuse the item so it can be returned for claim processing.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept checks and credit cards over the phone or through our online payment center. If paying by check, orders will not be shipped until the check has cleared, typically 5 days. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express. We also accept Paypal.

TAX
All orders shipped within the state of Florida will be charged sales tax. Every state has different sales tax laws which may require you to report your purchase with them. We are not responsible for advising you of these tax payments. Please check with your state to find out their sales tax policy.
